Our outsourcing and industrial services activities have been developed in partnership with a number of partners across the rail sector.
These include operators (such as SNCF, RATP, DB), manufacturers (Bombardier, Alstom, Siemens) as well as their suppliers (Wabtec, Compin, Barat, BFG, Knorr, KTK), all of whom have placed their trust in our expertise.
RM System offers custom manufacturing support services, such as:
- The provision of custom complete services, including the acquisition, storage, processing and logistics, of insulation or floor timber.
- Electrical and mechanical works on bogeys or interior and exterior packing and outfitting.
- Provision of after-sales service
- Services related to proximity to asbestos known as sub-section 4 services in France
This range and scope means that RM System is able to provide a variety of services: tightening to torque, sticking and filling (including DIN 6701 certification), riveting, piping, cable routing and connector crimping as well as dielectric tests, adjustment of doors, quality control and retouching of finishes prior to sale to end users.
RM System is also a DataDock certified training centre in France, and provides (special procedures) technical training as well as training relating to prevention.
This means that RM System personnel are trained by our own experts, working independently, in order to ensure greater responsiveness in the way our services are provided.
